Florida Teen Named Winner of Quaker Chewy Superstar Search Led by Nick Jonas
Winner's Music Video Now Available Online

CHICAGO, Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- One talented girl's dream has now been fulfilled through the Quaker Chewy Superstar Search. Today, Quaker Chewy named 14-year-old Gabrielle Giguere of Tampa, Florida the Grand Prize Winner of its inaugural search for the next singing sensation.

Quaker Chewy, The Superstar of Snacks, teamed up with music producer and recording artist, Nick Jonas, to find the next young music star and discovered the amazing talents of Gabrielle.  Fans can now view her music video of the original song, "My Time," written and produced by Nick Jonas, at www.ChewySuperstar.com. The video will also be included in Quaker Chewy television commercials airing on CMT, VH1 and Nick at Night from November 10 through November 13.

As the winner of the Quaker Chewy Superstar Search, Gabrielle flew to Los Angeles where she collaborated with Nick to record her new single and music video. The superstar experience included a day recording at the famous East West Studio, a tour of celebrated Hollywood sights and an exclusive photo shoot.  The Grand Prize also included a management contract with Jonas Group Management and $5,000 cash.

The Quaker Chewy Superstar Search resulted in thousands of submissions of young people with big voices. Gabrielle and four other finalists were selected back in August based on their stellar vocal performances, performance aesthetics and showmanship; America was then asked to vote for who they wanted to see become the first ever Chewy Superstar.  Gabrielle's incredible singing abilities won over fans and garnered the most online votes by the public.

Already familiar with the spotlight, Gabrielle competed in several local and national singing competitions starting at an early age.  Thanks to her parents' support and positive influence, she followed her passion for singing and dreams of Hollywood.
