Pepsi Beverages Company Employees Recognized as Top PepsiCo Performers Worldwide
Thirty-Six Pepsi Beverages Company Associates Inducted into PepsiCo Chairman's Circle of Champions

SOMERS, N.Y., Oct. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Thirty-six associates from Pepsi Beverages Company's (PBC) operations team were recently honored as top performers worldwide with an induction into the PepsiCo Chairman's Circle of Champions. The 220 PepsiCo associates earning this prestigious recognition represent less than one-tenth of one percent of PepsiCo's global workforce. PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi will host the PBC recipients – hailing from 19 states in the U.S. and three Canadian territories – at the second annual Circle of Champions induction ceremony this evening at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

"Our PBC inductees have demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to safety, quality, service and sustainability within PepsiCo," said Linda Reddy, senior vice president, human resources, PepsiCo Americas Beverages. "These individuals are passionate leaders within our organization who manufacture, sell and deliver our products, and directly contribute not only to our business bottom line, but to the culture of excellence that defines PepsiCo."

The Chairman's Circle of Champions award provides both internal and external recognition for PepsiCo's top business performers. The award directly supports PepsiCo's Performance with Purpose mission to recognize and champion associates, while creating a great workplace for employees.
