CHICAGO, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Quaker Oats Company, a division of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) has appointed Toronto-based Juniper Park, an Omnicom Group company, agency of record for its entire Quaker Foods & Snacks North America portfolio of brands.
