Purchase, N.Y., Jan. 23, 2009 – PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP ) today announced that its fourth-quarter and full-year 2008 earnings conference call and slide presentation for financial analysts and investors will be webcast live over the internet on Friday, Feb. 13, 2009 at 9 a.m. eastern time.

The company will issue its financial results before the stock market opens that morning.
