Pepsi Enters Into Strategic Alliance with BermanBraun
Formalizes First-Look Deal for Online Content

Los Angeles, CA (July 18, 2007) — Pepsi has entered into an agreement with Los Angeles-based production company BermanBraun that will give Pepsi and its brands a first-look to support and sponsor original entertainment content that BermanBraun develops for online platforms.

 

A head of BermanBraun's internet group will soon be appointed and a digital content studio will be established in Santa Monica at the BermanBraun offices to handle all of their entertainment content projects.

“This alliance with Pepsi Entertainment and its family of brands is an exciting opportunity to create original online content which organically marries unique entertainment programming with new and exciting advertising solutions,” offered Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun jointly. “Branded and sponsored entertainment allows tremendous benefits from both a creative and marketing standpoint, and we look forward to working with Pepsi to create unique properties in the coming months.”
