Purchase, NY, June 20, 2007 – PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today announced that its second-quarter 2007 earnings conference call and slide presentation for financial analysts and investors will be webcast live over the internet on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. (ET).

The Company will issue its financial results before the stock market opens that morning.
